Inspired by Derek Flanzraich and the rest of the Greatist team, I’m going to be doing a 12-week #absperiment. I definitely need 12 weeks versus 6, because seeing your abs is entirely about your body fat % (you can’t spot lose fat), and I’ve got a long way to go. Nevertheless, I think that I should be able to make excellent progress, if not reach my goal, over these 12 weeks. It’s going to be tough — no drinking, no snacking, no desserts, but I really believe that I can do this now and I’m excited to win the next 12 weeks and fight for victory. Yesterday was day 1, so today is day 2. I’ll be going until September 8th — and I’m ready to crush it. Leggo!
